PeSe Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PeSe, your one-stop shop for seamless and secure financial payments! By using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully, as they govern your access and use of PeSe.

1. Definitions

• "PeSe" or "App" refers to the PeSe mobile application and its associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity using the App.
• "Content" refers to any text, graphics, images, videos, or other information available on the App.
• "Transaction" refers to any financial transfer initiated or received through the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the App. You also warrant that all information you provide to PeSe is accurate and complete.

3. Account Creation

To use PeSe, you must create an account by providing your personal information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
• Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.
• Transmit any harmful or malicious content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.

5. Transactions

PeSe facilitates Transactions between users. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your transaction information.
• PeSe may impose limits on transaction amounts and frequency.
• Transactions are subject to applicable fees, which will be displayed before you initiate a transaction.
• PeSe is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction between users.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. However, by submitting content, you grant PeSe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App or its content without PeSe's written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PeSe is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PeSe disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PeSe does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PeSe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

PeSe may terminate your access to the App for any reason, at any time, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PeSe regarding your use of the App.

14. Amendments

PeSe may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the App.
